Shipping Policy
Your orders will be processed by our team within 5-7 business days (excluding national holidays). You can also check the availability and delivery of your products according to your pin code. 

In case your order is not processed, please contact us at Rareadam.com@gmail.com You can also track your order under the tab ‘My orders’. Zero shipping charges are applied, irrespective of the cart value.

Return  Policy
Return request of the product(s) can be placed within 6 days of delivery in case the product is not satisfactory. The return pickup will be initiated by our team within 3-5 days of placing the request at zero additional charges. In certain exceptional cases, we will require you to send the product(s) to us via a reliable courier source if a return pickup is not feasible at your location. 

For a seamless return process, we request you to keep the product in the original packaging with the tags intact. Return requests will not be applicable in case the tags are removed/ missing. Please note, shipping costs and COD charges are non-refundable.

EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchange requests of the product(s) can be placed within 6 days of delivery in case the product is not satisfactory. The reverse pickup will be initiated by our team within 3-5 days of placing the request at zero additional charges. Once the product reaches our warehouse, a quality check will be done to make sure the product is not damaged. Post that, the exchange order will be processed 

 

For a seamless exchange process, we request you to keep the product in the original packaging with the tags intact. Exchange requests will not be applicable in case the tags are removed/ missing. 

EXCHANGE POLICY
Shipping/delivery charges are non-refundable.

For COD/prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded to your bank account.

Refunds will be initiated 72 hours after the quality check is complete. The same will be processed in 3-7 business days.

For sale orders or orders with a coupon code applied, store credit will be added.
